Arsenal is almost done with its first January transfer.

Arsenal is about to make its first transfer out of the current January transfer window.

In order to bring in a new striker for manager Mikel Arteta this month, the Gunners are eager to raise money.

Ivan Toney of Brentford is reportedly Arteta’s top target for Arsenal as he tries to keep up with Manchester City and Liverpool in the Premier League championship fight this season.

In addition, it’s said that Arteta’s team is “strongly interested” in signing Martin Zubimendi of Real Sociedad and is thinking about moving towards Jorrel Hato of Ajax.

With regard to profitability and sustainability regulations (PSR), Arsenal is now in a difficult situation.

Unless they can get rid of certain players, this may restrict their activities during the January transfer window.

The Daily Mail claims that Arsenal might be on the verge of making their first trade thanks to increasing transfer interest in Mohamed Elneny.

The report further stated that the Premier League North London club is presently exploring proposals from Turkish teams Trabzonspor and Besiktas for the Egypt international.

Elneny has appeared in four games for Arsenal so far this year.

At Emirates, the midfielder has plummeted in Arteta’s hierarchy of midfield players.
